can of coconut milk, chilled for 4-12 hours

coconut, cashew, oat or almond milk

coconut oil

pitted medjool dates

raw cashews

agave nectar

vanilla extract

cup
mini vegan chocolate morsels, add after all ingredients are mixed together.
Instructions
Blend together all of the ingredients in a blender, leaving out the chocolate morsels.
Chill mixture for at least 4 hours.
Pour into loaf pan and fold in the chocolate morsels.
Freeze for 3 hours and then serve.
